About Your Visit
Our peaceful spa atmosphere is designed for adults. Please understand that we cannot accommodate children during your service or treatment. While we welcome children who have an appointment, we do not have the facilities to watch children during their parents appointment. To ensure that all our clients can enjoy a relaxing spa experience, we will not permit children in the spa area unless they are scheduled for a spa service.
Please note that the time descriptions listed on services are your allotted time in the treatment room. Spa guests are provided with a robe at the start of their visit. Towels, things and shower facilities are made available. A locker is provided for guests, however, we are not responsible for valuables or personal belongings.
If you are requesting specific professionals, we will do our best to accommodate you, subject to their availability.

Cancellation Policy
Should a cancellation be necessary, please call 48 hours in advance for a single service and 72 hours in advance for multiple services or appointments exceeding 90 minutes. As a courtesy to other clients, please try to be prompt for your appointment.

Payments
We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express

Prices are subject to change and do not include sales tax or gratuity.

Gift Certificates
The perfect gift for any occasion- holidays, anniversaries, birthdays and baby showers. Available for any combination of services or dollar amount.
Our gift cards never expire and are always honored for the full purchased amount. Prices for our services, however, are subject to change.
Gift Certificates must be present at the time of service. Lost or stolen gift certificates will not be replaced. Please treat them like cash.

Points and Rewards Program
We offer a points and rewards program. Every 1,000 points equals $1.00. Spend them at any time or save for a featured service. Points accumulated throughout the calendar year will need to be redeemed
before the end of the following calendar year or they will expire. For example, points accumulated between 1/1/2014 and 12/31/2014 will need to be redeemed by 12/31/2015 or they will expire. Points are not earned on discounted services or product. Points are non transferable. Featured Services are subject to change. Tax & gratuity not included.

Featured Services are not available through online scheduling, please call our guest service department to schedule a Featured Service.

How to Earn Points

· 5000 Points for pre-booking during 1st visit (new guests)

· 5000 Points for referring another client (new to salon and/or spa)

· 1500 Points for pre-booking next service at time of ring up

· 1000 Points for online booking

· Receive 50 times a retail purchase in points… ($100 =5,000 Points)

· Receive 10 times a service purchase in points ($100 = 1,000 Points)

· One hour whirlpool pedicure (value $52.00): 26,000 points

· Shellac manicure (value $32.00): 16,000 points

· Basic facial (value $65.00): 32,500 points

· Paraffin treatment (value $15.00): 5,000 points

· Eye treatment added to any facial (value $15.00): 7,500 points

· Highlight with haircut and style (value $122.00): 61,000 points

· Color retouch with haircut and style (value $85.00): 42,500 points

· Men’s haircut and style (value $29): 14,500 points

· Kid’s (12 & under) haircut and style (value $23.00): 11,500 points

· Teen Boy (13-16) haircut and style (value $26.00): 13,000 points

· Teen Girl (13-16) haircut and style (value $38.00): 19,000 points

· Fairy Strands (value $20.00): 8,000 points

· Aveda conditioning treatment add on (value $20.00): 10,000 points
